Our retailers have the best shipping and return policies.
We work with the best retailers in the industry who have shipping fees starting from and reasonable delivery timeframe.
If you’re not satisfied with your products, we’ll gladly help facilitate your return to the respective stores. We work with the return policy of each of our retailers.
For retailers who take returns for a full refund, below is a step by step guide:

Ensure the items being returned are still in their original packaging and in good condition.

Send an email with information about the product you wish to return. Information includes retailer’s name, product name, quantity, amount, and date purchased. Including a copy of your invoice/receipt would be helpful.

We will use the information provided by you to obtain a return authorization from the retailer and send it back to you via email.

Follow the procedure in the return authorization to have the product returned to the retailer. Please note that all return costs are your sole responsibility and in accordance to the retailers return policy.

Send the postal tracking number to us and we will follow up. We will ensure that your refund or exchange is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
For retailers who offer partial refunds in exchange for customers keeping their items, here’s a step by step guide:

Send an email with information about the product you wish to return. Information includes retailer’s name, product name, quantity, amount, and date purchased. Including a copy of your invoice/receipt would be helpful.

We will use the information provided by you to obtain a decision on the percentage of partial refund from the retailer, and send it back to you via email.

We will ensure that your refund is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
